Camp Judah is back!
Sr. Camp (campers age 12-18) will be August 15-18 and Jr. Camp (campers age 8-12) will be August 18-20.
Sr. Camp camper dropoff will be Sunday, August 15 from 3:00 to 5:00pm and camper pickup will be Wednesday, August 18 from 9:30 to 11:30am. Jr Camp camper dropoff will be Wednesday, August 18 from 1:00 – 3:00pm and camper pickup will be Friday, August 20 from 5:00 to 7:00pm. Campers who are 12 years old are welcome to attend either or both of the camps. The New York State camp guidelines are subject to change as the Covid-19 pandemic situation develops. Camp Judah will adhere to any health department guidelines and adjust camper activities as necessary to prevent the spread of a virus. Similarly, Camp Hickory Hill will properly follow all the health guidelines to ensure the facility is as safe as possible.
The registration cost will be $100 per camper for the basic package or $115 per camper for the adventure package, which includes a high ropes course, zipline, and paintball at Sr Camp and the climbing wall, high ropes course, and zipline at Jr Camp. On July 19, that cost will increase by $50 per camper, which would be $150 for the basic package and $165 for the adventure package. On August 9, all registration will be closed. Registration is first come, first serve and will be subject to limit depending on NYS camp requirement, as well as the availability of camp counselors. We are looking for volunteers to serve as counselors, assistants and kitchen staff at camp. Staff orientation will be August 14, from 12:00 to 3:00pm at Camp Hickory Hill. Sr Camp staff would need to be at camp from August 14th at 12:00pm until August 18 at 11:30am. Jr Camp staff will need to attend orientation on August 14, from 12:00 to 3:00pm and then be at camp from August 18 at 12:00pm until August 20 at 7:00pm. Staff are welcome to serve at both Sr and Jr Camp and Sr Camp campers who are 14 or older are welcome to serve at Jr Camp. Staff members will receive a $25 discount that can be applied to their (or an immediate family member) registration for the following year.
